1. How do I return a purchased item?
You can return items to us within 30 days. It is important that the purchased items are unused and in their original condition. Please be careful not to remove attached labels. Any seals affixed must remain intact.
The return step by step:
1. Send us an email to email@example.com and tell us the order number of your order that you want to return to us and the reason for your return (please let us know the corresponding products for partial returns).
2. After a successful check you will receive an email with all further information about the return.
3. Pack items and prepare for shipment.
4. Send the return to the parcel service provider of your choice.
We do not bear the costs of the return!
10. Refund received.
After receiving your return, we will check the goods and then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. You will receive the credit to your means of payment within 7 days.
2. Will my item be repaired if something breaks?
If something on your item breaks, please send us an e-mail with the corresponding description and photos. After a successful check you will receive an email with all further information about the return. We will do our best to repair the item free of charge (only if you are within the 2 year warranty) . We do not bear the costs for the outward and return shipping.
3. I have a special request, is something like that possible?
We always try to fulfill the wishes of the customers. Please send us an e-mail with a detailed explanation and we will check what we can do.
